We Do Better!

In case you find a lower price:

  • Send us a proof of the price, a link, and a print screen, for our verification (the competing website and the booking dates must be visible in the print screen)
  • The price will be compared between the price displayed on our website and the price on the third party website. There must be a total correspondence on the arrival/departure dates, typology, regime, number of guests, services and booking conditions.
  • We will give an additional 5% discount on the rates shown;
  • If the rates are non-refundable, the conditions of that rate will also apply to the booking you make directly with us;
  • This discount is available only once for each booking.

  2. Send email to;
  3. attach screenshot;
  4. The price difference from the competitor website must be of at least 1%;
  5. We’ll price match;
  6. We’ll give you an additional 5%.


In the email to be submitted must be contained the following elements:

  • First name;
  • Last name;
  • Telephone;
  • Total price on vidamar algarve website;
  • Total price found on a different website;
  • Web address of the price found;
  • Printscreen.



These conditions are not applicable:

  • 24h after the booking confirmation has been sent, via the website or the unit’s Reservations Department;
  • Reservations with check-in within the following 48h;
  • Groups (11 or more accommodation units);
  • Rates that benefit from a loyalty/member discount provided by the third party channel;
  • Rates that are not available to the public;
  • Flash offers, campaigns or exclusive offers established between the UNIT and its partners;
  • Reference prices available on websites or pages that do not have a booking engine and do not offer immediate confirmation of the reservation;
  • Prices displayed in non-authorised pages or that show results in typologies that do not exist in the unit;
  • Prices displayed on websites which reservation engine is not visible to the public;
  • Prices packaged with aeroplane, car or that include activities/services, inside or outside the unit;
  • Prices in currencies other than the Euro;
  • Please note that the price difference from the competitor website must be of at least 1%;
  • An erroneous price is one whose difference is greater than 22%, when compared to the price available on the unit's website. In this situation, and because it is a third party calculation error, the Best Price Guarantee policy will not apply.
